PhotoWeaves is a family-run company built on love, legacy, and the memories that shape us. Founded in 2004 by Jay Clark IV, the mill was passed to his son, George Clark, after Jay’s passing. Today George works alongside his two daughters to continue the family tradition. For more than 20 years, our family has woven blankets in our American mill and poured our hearts into every piece.
We know the joy of working together and the pain of losing those we love, which is why we understand the comfort a photo blanket can bring when a memory becomes all the more precious.

Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, the town of Tryon has been home to our textile mill for over 35 years. We've recently added solar panels to help power our operations and ensure you're receiving a sustainably made product.
We proudly employ over 100 dedicated team members, including skilled artists, weavers, and artisans—each committed to their craft and to delivering high-quality photo blankets since 2004.
We exclusively weave with 100% cotton, using over 8 miles of thread in every throw to create your one-of-a-kind photo blanket. By choosing natural fibers, you’re wrapped in comfort—free from harmful microplastics and BPAs.
THE LAST GREAT AMERICAN TEXTILE MILL
With 40 premium Jacquard looms, our mill is capable of weaving up to 4,000 blankets per day. Each photo blanket is woven on demand, and our dedicated weavers work hard to ensure your order ships out as quickly as possible, while not sacrificing on quality.
