Thousands of cotton threads are arranged on our warper creating the color foundation for your blanket. Your image is woven using just six yarn colors: red, yellow, blue, green, black, and white.
Your photo is loom woven.
Our state-of-the-art Jacquard looms use the colors from the warper and over 8 miles of thread to weave your 100% cotton custom photo blanket.
